Client Success Spotlight: A Home to Build a Life: Amy’s Story

Real estate is about people, not transactions or “deals.”

It’s about believing in someone’s story and seeing what they can build when given a chance. Amy is living proof of this.

When we met, Amy was rebuilding her life after a long battle with COVID, managing a disability, and limited funds after losing her home. Despite it all, her warmth and resilience stood out. I personally met with the landlord, emphasizing her reliability, communication, and tenacity—and I’m so glad I did.

Having housing security was all she needed. Amy had the foundation to focus on her passions, talents, and joys, and she has absolutely thrived.

Amy has built a crafting community and a book club that have brought her neighbors together.

She turned her home into a crafting nirvana—everything is so organized, like a pro!

The detail in her work is astounding: every item is handmade, from the intricately folded books made from scrap material to the crafted fireplace and the landscape outside the window.

She even built a moving ladder track for the books, and that spiral staircase is just incredible.

Now, she’s taking the next step and starting to talk about buying her own home! THIS is why I do what I do. Real estate is about helping people find the space to create a life that inspires them and moves them to the next step. EVERYONE deserves a home.

Curious about how we can make your home-buying dreams a reality?
