I had such a good experience with Jess. She was professional, friendly, and very communicative. She kept me informed every step of the rental process and quickly and efficiently got answers to any questions I had. She really made me feel like I had an advocate, which I had never experienced with a realtor before. Jess is also just a really kind, lovely, and cheerful person. I would absolutely recommend working with her and will be giving her a call straightaway for my next move.
