We feel so lucky to have had Jessica as our realtor! She listened priorities in what we were looking for in a house, was patient as we looked at MANY houses over a number of weekends, asked just the right questions of the realtors on walk-throughs, and when we found the right one she went above and beyond, negotiating with the seller and making sure everything went smoothly with closing. It's clear she's connected in the community, when there was ever something she didn't know herself or when we needed a recommendation of a last-minute pest inspector, she drew on her network and was always able to come through. Throughout the process she was communicative, informed, savvy, and a great advocate for us as clients. In addition, she is equipped to support first-time homebuyers through the process, with a clear outline of steps and what to expect for each step of the process.
